(Digital+Humanities paper submission regulations)

제 1 조 (논문투고 규정의 목적)

((Article 1 (Purpose of the paper Submission Regulations)))

이 규정은 아주대학교 도구박물관 및 아주대학교 인문과학연구소(이하 본 박물관 및 연구소라 한다)에서 발간하는 ｢Digital+Humanities｣(이하 학술지라 한다)에 수록될 논문의 투고에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

(The purpose of these Regulations is to specify matters related to the submission of papers to be included in the "｢Digital+Humanities｣" (hereinafter, "the Journal") published by the Ajou University Museum of Tools and the Ajou University Humanities Research Institute (hereinafter, "the Museum and Research Instititue").)

제 2 조 (논문 투고)

((Article 2 (Submission of paper))

1. 투고 자격은 인문학 및 학제간 융합연구에 한하며, 발표 학술논문으로 창의성이 인정되어야 한다. 또한 박물관 활동의 보고문, 해외 우수 논문의 번역문, 인문학에 디지털 기술을 적용하는 방법 소개문 등의 논문도 편집위원회의 및 편집위원장의 결정에 따라 투고할 수 있다.

(1. The qualification for submission is limited to humanities and interdisciplinary convergence research, and creativity should be recognized as a published academic paper. In addition, papers such as reports of museum activities, translations of excellent overseas papers, and introductions on how to apply digital technology to the humanities can be submitted at the decision of the Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief.)

2. 논문 투고 시에는 학술지 투고규정을 준수해야 하며 학회의 소정양식으로 제시된 저자확인사항 점검표(예시-1)를 첨부하여야 한다.

(2. When submitting a paper, the paper submission regulations shall be complied with and attached to the author's checklist (Example-1) presented by the Museum and Research Institute.)

3. 논문 투고를 하는 연구자에게 소정의 게재료를 지급할 수 있다.

(3. A copy money may be payed to the author who published a paper.)

4. 투고 논문의 연구자가 2명 이상일 경우에는 먼저 기재된 연구자를 투고 논문에 대한 제1저자(First author), 나머지를 공동저자로 인정한다. 논문의 제출 및 심사과정에서 편집위원회와 교신하는 자를 교신저자(Correspoinding author)로 하며 별도로 표기한다.

(4. If there are two or more authors in the submitted paper, the first listed author and the rest will be considered co-authors. In the process of submission and review of the paper, the correspondent of the Editorial Board shall be called the corresponding author and shall be indicated separately.)

5. 논문의 게재순서는 원고접수 순으로 하되 편집위원장은 이를 조정할 수 있다.

(6. The publication order of theses shall be in the order of receipt, which may be adjusted by the Editor-in-Chief.)

6. 논문 내용에 대한 책임은 집필자에게 있으며 원고는 반환하지 않는다.

(6. The author is responsible for the content of the paper, and the manuscript does not be returned.)

7. 학술지에 이미 게재되었거나 향후 게재되는 논문의 저작권은 박물관 및 연구소에 귀속되며, 원고의 투고로서 논문의 저작권을 박물관 및 연구소에 이양하는 것으로 본다. 또한, 종전에 발행된 학회지에 게재된 논문에 대해 박물관 및 연구소가 이미 관리한 사항에 대해서는 이의를 제기하지 않는다.

(7. The copyright of a paper that has already been published in the Journal or to be published in the future shall be reverted to the museum and research institute and shall be regarded as transferring the copyright of the paper as a contribution of the paper to the museum and research institute. In addition, there shall be no objection to the matters already managed by the museum and research institute on the theses published in the previous Journals.)

8. 투고 편수는 단일 명의일 때는 1인당 1편으로 제한한다. 다만 주저자(제1저자 및 교신저자)가 아닌 경우에는 2편까지 투고할 수 있다.

(8. The number of submissions shall be limited to one per person. However, if a person is not the main author (first author and corresponding author), he or she can publish up to two.)

9. 본 학술지에 논문을 투고하는 자는 ｢Digital+Humanities 연구윤리규정｣을 준수해야 한다. 또한 논문 투고자의 연구 부정행위 등이 발견되는 경우에는 연구윤리규정에 따라 필요한 징계조치를 할 수 있다.

(9. Whoever that submits paper to the Journal shall observe the "Research Ethics Regulations of the Digital+Humanities". In addition, if a author's research misconduct is found, he or she may be subjected to the necessary disciplinary action in accordance with the Research Ethics Regulations of the Museum and Research Institute.)

1) 윤리규정 및 표절, 중복게재, 연구부정행위 등 모든 연구윤리와 관련된 사항은 학술지 연구윤리 규정에 따르며, 그 이외에 연구윤리와 관련되는 사항에 대한 심사 및 처리 절차는 국제표준 출판윤리 가이드라인(http://ajoudhistory.com/museum_thesis)을 적용한다.

(1) All research ethics related matters such as the Ethics Regulations and plagiarism, duplicate publication, research misconduct, etc., shall be subject to the Research Ethics Regulations of the Convergence Research Association. In addition, review and handling procedures related to research ethics shall be conducted based on the International Standards for Publishing Ethics Guideline (http://ajoudhistory.com/museum_thesis).)

2) 연구부정행위가 발생한 논문처리는 Committee on Publication Ethics에 의한 flowcharts에 따른다(http://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts).

(2) The handling of theses in which research misconducts have occurred shall be subject to the flowcharts of the Committee on Publication Ethics. (http://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts).)

10. 학술지에 투고되는 모든 원고는 유사도 검사(https://app.ithenticate.com/en_us/login)를 실시하여 기존 출판된 문헌들과의 중복성을 점검한다(http://www.crossref.org/crosscheck.html).

(10. All theses submitted to the Journal shall be checked for duplication with the existing published documents by conducting a similarity check (https://app.ithenticate.com/en_us/login) (http://www.crossref.org/).org/crosscheck.html))

제 3 조 (원고 작성 요령)

(Article 3 (Manuscript Preparation Instructions))

1. 논문은 국문 및 영문으로 작성한다.

(1. paper shall be written in Korean or English.)

2. 논문은 국문 논문을 기준으로 참고문헌, 그림, 도표 등을 포함하여 워드프로세서(신명조)로 10 포인트, 줄 간격 160으로 작성하며, 총 20쪽 내외로 한다.

(2. paper shall be prepared with a word processor (Shin Myung-jo) including references, figures and charts based on Korean papers at 10 points for font size, with a line spacing of 160, for the total of 20 pages in length.)

3. 논문은 논문투고시스템을 통해서 접수한다. 다만 논문투고시스템을 사용하지 못할 경우 편집위원장이 정한 방법을 통해 접수할 수 있다.

(3. 3. The paper shall be submitted through the paper submission system. However, if the paper submission system cannot be used, it can be accepted through the method set by the editor-in-chief)

4. 원고는 심사의 공정성을 위하여 겉표지와 속표지로 각각 작성하여 제출한다. 논문의 겉표지에는 다음의 요소가 포함되어야 한다. 논문의 제목(국문 및 영문), 모든 저자의 국문 및 영문명, 소속기관명 및 직위, 전자우편주소, 교신저자 표시 등.

(4. Manuscripts shall be submitted as a cover page and an underlining sheet for the fairness of review. The cover page of the paper shall contain the following elements. Title of the paper (in Korean and English), Korean and English names of all authors, institutional affiliation and title, e-mail address, and corresponding author’s indications.)

5. 논문의 속표지에는 다음의 사항을 포함하여야 하며, 저자 및 소속을 표기하지 않는다.

(5. In the title page of the paper, the following shall be included, and the author and institutional affiliation shall not be indicated.)

1) 국문 및 영문 논문 제목

(1) paper title in Korean and English)

2) 국문초록

(2) Abstract in Korean

3) 영문초록

(3) Abstract in English

4) 국문 키워드

(4) Keywords in Korean

5) 영문 키워드

(5) Keywords in English

6. 키워드는 국문 및 영문 각각 5개 이내로 기재한다.

(6. Keywords shall be written no more than 5, in Korean and English.)

7. 초록은 연구목적, 연구방법, 결론 등을 포함하여 200-250 단어로 한다.

(7. Abstract shall be 200-250 words including research purpose, research method, and conclusion.)

8. 외국어나 외래어는 가능한 한 번역어 또는 원음에 따른 한글로 표기하고, 첫 번째에 한하여 원어를 부기한다.

(8. The foreign language shall be written in the target language of translation or Korean according to the original language to the extent possible. The original language could only be given as an additional note on the first occurrence of the word.)

9. 인용 및 참고문헌의 형식은 범례를 따른다.

(9. The format of citations and references shall follow the legends.)

10. 최초에 나오는 약자는 반드시 괄호 안에 약자를 쓴다.

(10. The first abbreviation shall be abbreviated in parentheses.)

11. 표나 그림 등은 일련번호를 매기며 다음 예시를 따른다(예시 1).

(11. Tables and figures shall be serialized and follow the following example (see Examples 1).)

12. 원고는 아래 한글, 워드프로세서(MS Word) 등으로 작성하여 제출한다.

(12. Manuscripts shall be prepared with a word processor (HWP or MS Word).)

제 4 조 (학술지발간 및 원고마감)

(Article 4 (Journal Publication and Deadline for Manuscripts))

1. 투고원고는 연중 항시 접수하며, 연 2회(6월 30일, 12월 31일) 발간한다.

(1. Submit manuscripts at all times throughout the year, and they are published twice a year 30 and 31).)

2. 게재 결정 마감은 각 호 발행 30일전을 원칙으로 하나, 학술지 편집 사정에 의해 차기 호 이후로 게재가 연기될 수 있다.

(2. The deadline for publication decision shall in principle be 30 days prior to the publication of each issue, however, the publication may be postponed after the next issue due to the editing circumstances of the Journal.)
